Cut offs varies on HS & OS quota. That's why I'm asking you. Then I can tell you in details..

Sorry, I think at this rank you can't get get any NIT'S.
But can check for lower IIIT'S, mainly IIIT BHUBANESWAR.
& must wait till to last round of counseling.
Otherwise you can get good private colleges at your rank.
