Frankly speaking you won't get any govt. college at the above mentioned rank. If you look at previos year's trends the MBBS or even BdS seats are alloted on much higher rank than this in all india quota counselling. In state counselling your admission depends on your state rank and number of seats in your state (which are not mentioned here). Although there is less chance in admission in govt. college still you can give a try in state counselling.
If you want to take admission in private medical college, you can get it.What fees you call low depends on your economic condition. The annual MBBS course fee for the Management quota in the various deemed universities is usually high and varies anywhere between INR 2,11,000/- to INR 22,50,000/-. The lowest fee is being offered by MG Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram Wardha. you can get the details of fee on the counselling portal.
