I consider the above rank as neet ranks, and the admission in all government medical college is based on these marks. But, for securing admission in any govt. College you have to register yourself in the counseling process of neet and on the basis of your score you get the colleges. This is the procedure that one has to follow to get into government medical college for MBBS. 

I am sorry to say that the last date for registering in the counselling for neet has over. 

So, either you can try for the college whic gives admission not on the basis of neet counseling.
