My baby neet marks is 480, and AI Rank is 103814, purely belongs to AP, but unfrotunately she become Non-local in AP also due to 11th & 12th studied in Tamilnadu, she belongs to BC B, pls let me know shall we get seat in AP Govt. colleges...? / Govt. aided collges or BDS in Govt colleges..pls reply

According to the state quota , the student will get the 85% reserved seat only and only if he/she is a domicile of the state.
Now the domicile criteria is taken to be that state from which the candidate had studied its senior secondary.
So I dont think the candidate will get any seat under AP state quota.
