my best 4 eng +phe+chem+eco =87%-2.5%=85.5% my another best 4 eng+chem+maths+eco =82.25% gargi college 1st cut off was 83% but i didnt took the adm. .. can i take adm. under 82.25% in 2nd cut off if yes then how

First of all, physical education is not taken into consideration for the calculation of best of four percentage expect for the course of physical education itself.
As per your another best of four score, you are not eligible for the admission as the cut off is higher than your score. You can try in another admission list when your score matches the cut off of the respective college.
