As per the eligibility you should be minimum 17 years on 31st December,2019 to get admission.

Students who shall complete atleast 17years as on 31st December 2019 shall be eligible. Since you will complete 17years exactly on 27/04/2019 you stand eligible for NEET Ug provide you meet all other eligibility criteria .
