My birth state is Jharkhand by birth certificate.I did 12th frm Bihar living here for more than 10years.Can I apply for neet for Jharkhand?

I am sorry to say but you can't apply for Jharkhand state NEET Counselling as you would be considered to having a home state quota from Bihar.
If you apply, then you would be considered for the other state quota.
