Yes you are eligible for JEE mains 2020 to as you have passed class 12th and there is no limit for doing JEE mains but one should pass in all examinations if someone is pass in all examination he or she is eligible for JEE mains

Any student who has passed the 12th class or its equivalent exam in the year 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 can apply for the entrance exam. Students can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. The entrance test will be conducted four times a year.
