My brother did not write gitam examination but he got 86.6 percentile in jee mains.can he get cse seat in vizag campus?

First of all congrats to your brother for securing 86.6 in jee 2019.Unfortunately if you are general category student then you may not get cse seat directly without gitam examination,but you may wait till last round as may you get some chances or directly contact management department of college they will help you .
