my brother got 143 marks in jee mains what is the expected percentile for this year 2020

Hello Aspirant,

According ot the marks you have mentioned in the question the expected percentile and rank would be falling in the range of 98.59-98.79 and 11011-13161. If we talk about cut-off percentile for this year so it is not released by NTA yet. So till the cut-offs to be out you can have a idea from previous year's cut-off percentile which are mentioned in the link given below :-
