Though you belong to OBC category you don't have much chance of getting a seat in IIIT Bhubaneshwar with a rank of 92346. The cutoff rank is much lower than your rank. Getting a seat at any IIIT is difficult with this rank. But still you can try. You may get a seat in some of the lower ranked NITs like NIT Meghalaya.
