Sayali, NEET is the National level entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. But SEBC is a State level Reservation and that is the reason it doesn't feature in NEET application form. Now if you belong to SEBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. So if your Category is not listed under Central OBC list, you selecting General Category is correct. If not you would lose out on reservation at the All India Counselling level. Having said that, because you belong to SEBC, while filling your State Counselling application form, you can select SEBC and you will still be eligible for Reservation. So do not worry about it.
