My caste is obc...but I don't have the caste certificate so is it possible to participate in counseling of wbjee?

Hi. For counselling, you need to verify the documents and the category certificate is one of those documents. If you do not have document, then you might be considered as a general candidate. It will be better if you contact the officials regarding your concern.
