Yes You will be able to change it to OBC in jEE advanced but you will not catogary rank in jee mains but you will get catogary marks in jee advanced.
So you will be not able to get admission in catogary on basis of Jee main score
You will be eligible for catogary based admissions in IITs as they accept Jee advanced maks.
