As you have mentioned that you have secured 10k obc rank and taking into consideration that you have secured 47 percentile in your JEE mains rank so let me tell you that it's not possible that in this percentile your category rank is this much.

Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
