My cgpa in 10 class is 9.7 and in inter I have scored 914 and I am in btech ist year how much should I score in btech

In order to apply for CAT exam you need to have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation. Since you are in first year you have plenty of chances to score even better in your graduation.
Along with your academic preparations if you prepare for CAT exam from now onwards, you can crack the exam in the first attempt.
