First, Properly check your email and SMS (including spam).

If you registered online you can also use “Forgot Form Number” on the TALLENTEX site.Through which you can retrieve your details.OR

Contact TALLENTEX support with your child’s name, class, and mobile number.

For offline exam registrations, ensure that the registration was completed at an authorized center.
