my clat score is 116.25....and my All india rank is 5789....can i get into nirma university

Yes, you have a decent chance of making it to nirma university given the fact that a lot of students will opt for IP university and it's affiliated colleges this year hence cut off for NIRMA university will definitely go on a higher side hence you have a good chance.
