My cousin sista got 76 mkrs in jee ppr-1 and 188 mkrs in ppr-2 and she in interested in doing B.Arch in Maharashtra only.

You can apply for B.Arch in Architecture colleges in Maharshtra with your JEE Mains Paper2 scores and Rank.
