my crl is 109566 and ews rank is 5447 in jee paper 2.Can i get admission in nit?

As your crl is 109566 and You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.
If you have qualified jee mains , you are eligible to write JEE advanced.
If you are eligible in Jee mains,then you will be eligible for counseling.
As you have not mentioned category it is difficult to tell whether you will get nit or not , refer the college predictor.
