CSAB Special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIS 2019-Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has releasedthe notification for CSAB 2019 special rounds for NITs, IIITs and SFTIs. The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.

So there are little chances of getting seat in the nit with your rank of 60k  because they will allocate only the left over seats . In South side NITs it's difficult. You have very little chance in North side NITs
