Hi ! Yes, you can any good nit or IIIT but you will have to end by taking a bad stream. Bad streams are bit also fortunate. Middle class nit or IIIT is also possible. Here also getting a good stream and a bad stream is bit luck. Well, still here you can have the courtesy of bad streams. And at 3rd tier nit or IIIT you can get any stream.
