With your mentioned rank you have very low, almost negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs even with your category rank. However you might get top private colleges with your JEE rank.

Sorry to say but with this rank you can't get admission into NITs or IIITs as fir that you need a rank below 20k. But you could get admission into other private colleges that accepts jee main score or if you want admission in government colleges only then I would suggest you to come again next year with better preparation.
