Hello. ..sakthivel

Let me tell you the advantages of choosing SSN .

  1. You will have freedom. SSN is not a very strict place, let it be the hostel or the class . You may bunk a few classes , few tests and still end up with good internals, though it depends on the faculty handling the subject (just to give you the idea about the freedom , doesn’t mean you have to bunk classes right from the start :P ).
  2. Many faculties hold a PHd degree and some of them are into research. So if you are ready to involve yourself , they will help you.
  3. You get a lot of scholarships for your academic performances and funding for your project(s).
  4. The campus is beautiful <3 .
  5. SSN has become autonomous. So you might see a lot of differences in syllabus as well the kind of placements. (The placements are decent enough, but you can’t compare it with SASTRA).

Certainly SSN isn’t the best college out there, but when it comes to SASTRA/SSN , I would give SSN a slight edge .

Good luck!!!
