My cutoff is 75.75 with 79.87percent I can't apply tndalu this year can I apply next year with these cutoff mark next year will I get seat?

No you can't go with this cutoff or this percentage next year ythis is valid only upto this year you have to once again apply for that exam write it and then you can join it with what you got the next year so make your own choice of waiting until next year or going into any other.
