According to the official site of NDA, the age criteria for NDA is that if a student Candidates is born in between 2nd January 2002 to 1st January 2006, then he is eligible to sit in the exam.

As your date of birth fall in that range so, of course you can give NDA-2 this year which is supposed to be held in September, provided you fulfill all other criteria and not just the age limit.
