Sorry but you will not be eligible for the NEET examination 2020.
Since you will be only 16 years then.
You still have time till 2021.
I suggest you to start preparing from now now itself that too rigorously so you will definitely be able to crack the examination.

No you are not eligible for NEET 2020. This is because as per the rules you have to be atleast 17 years by 31st December 2020.

And as you have mentioned your D.O.B, you'll be 16 years old by then. So you are eligible for NEET 2021.

Age limit: A candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. Upper age for candidates from General category is 25 years and 30 years for candidates from OBC/SC/ST categories.

Therefore,you are eligible to give NEETin 2020.
