Yes , you are eligible for neet with your date of birth as to be eligible for Neet 2020 , candidate should be at least 17 years old by 31st December, 2020 and with your date of birth you will 17 years old in May 2020 itself, so you are definitely eligible for neet with your date of birth, also if you are from general category you need at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in class 12th to be eligible for Neet.
