Its tough ,really very very tough in MH cut off according to 1st selection list was ews-327  , it also depends on  your residential area , the lowest cut off was in gondia (vidarbha), my best wishes are with you uncle.hope she'll get an affordable pvt.college such as jalna , jalgaon aur dhule .

The cutoff marks for the EWS category have not been declared for the Maharashtra state for the medical admissions. Also the EWS quota is being applied for the first time in the states of india so it cannot be referenced by the previous year's cutoff marks. You need to wait for the cutoff rank for the EWS category to be declared.
