I should say that 4817 is not bad rank. Well the cutoff rank for AIIMS varies with the different institutes. As you know AIIMS New Delhi is no.1 institute in India. Therefore the cut off rank will be higher there whereas the same for AIIMS Jodhpur will be much lower.

Let me give you the last ranks admitted in some of the AIIMS institute last year from OBC.

New Delhi - 5590

Patna - 2494

Jodhpur - 979

Raipur - 2514

According to rank I do not think that it would be possible for you to get any aiims college even in reserved category .

As you know that aiims are one of the most sort after colleges and have only 1200 seats in total .Out off which 600 will be reserved.
