my daughter got 92.4 percentile in jeemain she can get niit seat in obc quota

Yes, she might get NITs as she's scored 92.4 percentile in JEE mains and also belong to OBC category. Due to this factor she's eligible to get NIT.
But there might arise a situation where she won't be getting desired branch in any desired NIT ( if that branch is among much demanded branches).
