No, there is no requirement of English in NEET examination. The exam consists of 3 sections namely biology, chemistry and physics. The whole paper consists of these three subjects and the student will be judged from the marks obtained in these paper.

Although the NEET examination paper is available in other languages apart from English hence writing the examination wouldn't be a problem if you are not fluent in English but the eligibility criteria states that the individual should have passed their 10+2 with subjects including English, Physics, Biology and Chemistry separately. Also the applicant should fall under the specified age category and should have achieved a percentile of 50% for unreserved category and 40% for the reserved ones.
