The chances of getting into government medical colleges is quite rare for your marks. You need a minimum of atleast 400 to place in any government medical or BDS colleges. Anyhow you can try for private medical colleges in management quota. It is advisible to drop out a year and prepare for next neet exam.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
