Dear parent,
As long as your daughter is not a bonafide resident of the state of Haryana, ie., holder of the domicile certificate of Haryana, she will not be eligible under the 85 percent state quota of Haryana. However, you can always get into a college in Haryana via the 15 percent seats reserved for All India Quota (AIQ).
