According to the guidelines issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the minimum age for a candidate to appear in the 10th board test is 14 years old as of December 31st of the examination year.

Students generally appear at the age of around 16 years, for class 10th board, but there are exceptional cases, where students might skip some lower classes or may have started their education late. This might create problems related to age criteria for board exams.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made 14 years as of 31st December of the year of examination,  the minimum age to appear for class 10th board exam. So you are eligible for the examination.
