No, you cannot appear for NEET 2023 because in order to appear for NEET candidates need to attain 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year, you will attain 17 years on 12th May 2024 which makes you eligible for NEET 2024 if you also fulfill the other criteria as mentioned below-

Passed 10+2 or appearing from a recognized board with phsyics, chemisty, biology/biotechnology and engish as core subjects,

PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be attained against one's respective category

• UR-50%
• SC/ST/OBC-40%
• PwD-45%

As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET, hence no restrictions in terms of number of attempts.

No you will not be eligible for NEET 2023 because according to NEET eligilbity criteria candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31st 2023 as you will not have completed 17 years of age by December 31st 2023 you will not be eligible for NEET 2023 but you will be eligible for NEET 2024 as long as you have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board or Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirant you will be eligible to apply for NEET.
