As per as your date of birth, your age in 1st August, 2027 would be 20 years, 11 months and 7 days. The age limit for UPSC examination is 21 years to 32 years as of 1st August, 20(year of examination).  So,  you are not be eligible to appear in UPSC 2027.  You are eligible to fill out the UPSC application form from the year 2028.
