Hi Ritesh,
You have given your SSC exam in Maharashtra but you have completed your 12th from HSC board of Telangana. Then , unfortunately you will be not considered as from Maharashtra Domicile and will not have Maharashtra state quota because one have to complete his/her 12 the board in the state whose quota he/she wants to have .But you will have the state quota of Telangana as you have completed your 12th from Telangana board.
