Your EWS rank is bit good.
As this is the first time for EWS category so the cutoff will be slightly less than that of general category.
As per your rank you can get Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Surat, NIT Rourkela,etc.. but you should not expect higher branches.
You can get higher branches in the lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Goa, NITs from North-east,etc.

Are you sir, i mean in an article i read that there are only 2000 seats in ews category.And my rank is big than the cutofff..sir please heap i m confused.beacause someone is saying that you will not even get in gfti.
