Better you should participate in state counselling for getting admission in state government engineering colleges in states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh et cetra. what are the best colleges for cse i am eligible for if i am a bihar board student and my board percentage is 78.2..?my crl rank is 4,16,972 but ews rank is 51344..plz let me know
