Dear Vipul, 600 is a terrific score. 583 was All India Quota cut off under General category in 2018. Going by the previous trends and your score, if you belong to General Category, you have a fair chance at getting a seat in this college. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
