The SEBC - NCL eligibility depends on a combination of caste , income and sometimes parental employment profile . Military service like your father's does not automatically disqualify you , but some conditions apply .
Yes ,you are eligible for SEBC - NCL if :
- Your caste is in the SEBC / OBC list ( Central or state ).
- Your family's annual income ( excluding any pension ) is less that 8 lakh .
