My friend got -18 marks in jee main 2018 and he belongs to OBC NCL category and his rank is 420080 in OBC category. Will he get any college?

With this rank you have rarely any chance of getting any college through JOSAA but you can try out for some private colleges like vitee, srm, bits, amrita, kalinga, gitam, state jee, etc
