Your friend might have obtained 449 marks in NEET but if he will get seat in MBBS government or BDS government college or not depends upon his category. General category student cannot get a seat by obtaining this less marks while neither does OBC category candidate. If your friend belongs to sc or st category then there are chances that he gets admission.
