My friend got rank 26039 in ap icet for MCA belong to bc-b is there any chance to get in GVP

We can't say exactly that your friend will get seat in GVP, your friend rank is near to eligible criteria by considering previous year rank, so we can say that your friend has 50:50 chances to get seat in GVP. Give first priority to GVP in counselling and select another college for secoudary option. All the best to get seat in GVP.
