The rank (CRL) from percentile is to be calculated by following formula:

rank (CRL) = (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100

As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 295463 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010.

Expected ST rank is in the range of  10000 - 15000.
