Hi Shubhi, the cutoff for IITs vary every year based on various factors like number of test takers, difficulty level of exams, number of seats available, caste etc. Since you have not told me which caste you belong to, I would consider and tell cutoff for general. However going by the previous cutoffs, 

1) IIT Kharagpur - Rf and Microwave engineering 

2) IIT BHU, 

3) IIT Guwahati 

4) IIT Mandi 

5) IIT Roorkee 

6) IIT Patna
