My gate score is 393 in ee, obc category. Can I get admission into Osmania University?

Your GATE score is good. With this score, you can try first at National Institute of Technology Warangal. Beside this JNTUH and Osmania University is the option. For Osmania, your rank should be under 10000. IIT Hyderabad would be filled up within 3000 ranks.
