As you have not mentioned branch hence it will be quite difficult to predict but still i am giving my opinion on all the branches.
If you are from Civil, EE, ECE, Mech or even CSE then it will be quite difficult to get IIT's or even NIT's. If you are from Chemical then you can get NIT's.
All the above considering General category.
