First of all congratulation for your good score in gate. You can get IIT but your chance of getting PSU s are very low. You can get the following IITs.

IIT kharagpur
IIT rourkee
IIT Patna
Nit warangal
Nit calicut

You can also check your possible college as per your score in careers360 college predictor section for gate.
